Woodcreek Community Development District
The Woodcreek Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on April 8, 2022 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 22-19 to plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities described and authorized by Section 190.012, Florida Statutes.
The Woodcreek CDD is located entirely within Pasco County Florida, and covers approximately 337.058 acres of land. The site is generally located east of Meadow Point Boulevard, north of Oldwoods Avenue and south of State Road 56. The District is the best alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The Woodcreek Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on April 8, 2022 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 22-19. The District may exercise the general powers provided in Section 190.011, Florida Statutes. The District may also exercise the special powers set forth in Sections 190.012(1), (3) and (4) as well as the special powers for parks and recreation services and facilities and security services and facilities, pursuant to Sections 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d), Florida Statutes (2021).
